Tastefully furnished and finished with quality European appliances, these superior apartments are ideal for couples, families or business travellers. The sophisticated and spacious Ultra Broadbeach apartments are self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment offers a shuttered, east-facing balcony leading from open-plan living and dining areas. Initial provisions such as tea and coffee are supplied on arrival. Please note that same day arrivals must check in prior to 5 pm. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
The accommodation at Ultra Broadbeach is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay.

Please note that renovations are currently taking place on the upper floor. While there will be no noise disturbances, guests may notice protective padding in elevators and tradespeople moving through common areas during the day. We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our facilities.
Please note that from date: 01/09/2025 to date: 18/12/2025, and again from 01/02/2026 for 4 months, the property will be operating with one lift only due to refurbishment works.
