Hi - we are Swell Stays, a holiday home company in the Margaret River Region. We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in the Margaret River region including Prevelly, Gracetown and Hamelin Bay! We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are 'Living the dream Down South'. We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids! We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests. Villa Maria by the Sea is a comfortable and nicely styled 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa just 500m from the beach. Located at the front of a quiet block in Prevelly, this beachside villa is just a short stroll to Riflebutts beach, with easy access to Gnarabup along the beach path. The villa offers a lot of privacy and is well-suited for a relaxed beach holiday in summer or a cosy stay in winter with the wood fireplace. It sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for families or small groups. Step inside to a bright and welcoming open-plan living area with high ceilings, large windows, comfortable sofas, a TV, wood fireplace, reverse cycle aircon, and a dining table for six. The kitchen is simple but fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The bathroom is basic but functional, and there's a separate toilet and a laundry area with a washing machine. At the front of the house is the main bedroom with a king bed and sliding door access to the backyard. Opposite is a second bedroom with a queen bed, while the third bedroom is located off the living area and has two singles. The backyard is private and enclosed, with a nice patch of lawn, an outdoor dining table

Prevelly is located just 10 mins from Margaret River. With world class surf breaks, empty beaches and a great coastal walk, Prevelly will leave you feeling calm and adjusted. Head to surfers point, home of many surfing competitions and events and watch for whales while you eat from one of the great food trucks situated there. Or maybe take a morning stroll along the coast to the river mouth or White Elephant Café. Whatever your flavour, relax and soak up all Gnarabup has to offer. Besides fantastic beaches great for swimming, fishing, SUP, kiting and surfing, there are world-class wineries a short drive away, majestic tall-timber forests, ancient caves, walking trails, hikes, mountain biking, and gourmet trails to discover. If you're there on a Saturday morning, the Farmers Markets at Margaret River TAFE is a great place to pick up some provisions, interact with locals and get a feeling for life "down south". Breakfast / brunch at the White Elephant and dinner at The Common - both just 5 mins away in Gnarabup is highly recommended.
