This roomy 4 bedroom (3 x Queen Beds, 2 x Tri bunk Beds) 2 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned, ducted upstairs and reverse cycle split system downstairs. With downstairs comprising spacious open plan lounge/dining area and a modern kitchen including electric cook top, stainless steel oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer plus highchair. Lounge room has Large TV with use of a Chromecast . There is also a Large Smart TV in Tri -Bunk bedrooms upstairs (great for the kids). The whole villa looks over the sparkling? shared fenced pool. The laundry room has an automatic?front loader washing machine and dryer, plus second shower and toilet in bathroom downstairs . Upstairs consists of the 4 bedrooms, bathroom with a "Hollywood" shower and a separate toilet. The downstairs outdoor area has outdoor setting and BBQ next to the shared pool. Front upstairs balcony with direct access from 2 of the bedrooms, has table and seating as well.
