Property information

A spectacular 2 bedroom, 2 storey marina side penthouse apartment at Glenelg, with views of the marina and the ocean as far as the eye can see. It allows one to absorb the seascape and the fabulous coastline from Glenelg to Grange. Located on the top floor, entry to Watercolours is via a hallway encompassing a study nook. The two bedrooms are located on this level. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with stunning water views over the marina. The second bedroom has two king-single beds with colourful water views past the marina and through to the ocean - wake up to stunning visions of yachts on the water as the sun dances across the ripples and lights up the bay and the coast beyond.
