Welcome to waters edge retreat, which is situated in Bouvard on the estuary. The home is situated within the grounds of waters edge caravan park so you will have access to all the park amenities, including playground, basketball court and pool in the warmer months. The house itself is situated in a quiet spot with lovely views over the water. There is a private boat ramp that can be used for your boat or jet ski. The house has recently been decorated and is a large 4 bedroom property with all the amenities required for a relaxing getaway
It is lovely to see guests come to stay and enjoy crabbing and fishing in the estuary and relaxing at night on the massive wrap around balcony watching the sunset.
There is a shop/cafe at the entrance where you can grab a coffee or some lunch or dinner. The lazy crab pub is 5 minutes away on old coast and a short drive will take you to the beaches and the busy shopping precincts in Mandurah
