PRIVATE FRONT CARPORT • Covered and sheltered area for car or your use. • Large gates close to provide privacy and security for pets The home & the neighborhood are close to everything, station, town, cafes and restaurants and shops. The ring road is (3 mins drive) then a short drive to Ocean Beaches about 20 minutes. Pakington St coffee shops, eateries, bars - 8 mins drive Geelong Waterfront and City, Botanical Gardens - 10 mins Avalon Airport - 20 mins Torquay Beach and the SurfCoast - 25 mins The Great Ocean Road - 25 mins Melbourne - 1 hour Melbourne Airport - 1.5 hours (allow) Lorne - 1 hour Queenscliff and the Ferry - 45 mins Bus stop is at the bottom of the street 3 mins walk. Train station is 5 mins drive.
