This luxury residence offers guests a unique opportunity to experience the amazing natural landscape of the Margaret River region. You can enjoy the peace and seclusion of the bush, the views to the ocean or pristine beaches within a three-minute drive. This architecturally designed property is spread out over a number of levels, all making the most of 180-degree bush views – or ocean views if you go to the top viewing deck. Use of local stone and floor-to-ceiling glass throughout, brings the outdoors in. Numerous balconies and terraces provide many options for alfresco holiday living. From the spacious entry foyer, glass doors open to the expansive paved patio and long lap pool, with the BBQ area is adjacent. Inside the home on the lower level, there is a king-size bedroom with a bathroom, sauna and lounge room. On the entrance level (middle level), there are two king-size bedrooms with direct access to the pool deck, each with access to a large (shared) ensuite. Also on this level is a light filled bathroom with a freestanding bath, spoil yourself whilst overlooking the lush grounds. Walk up the timber staircase to the spectacular main living area and chefs kitchen that's fully equipped and offers views of the pool and out to the ocean. The living/dining is fabulously open-plan, separated by a beautiful double-sided stone gas fireplace. Guests are spoilt for choice in Margaret River in terms of wineries being close to the iconic estates of Leeuwin, Voyager, Xanadu, Cape Mentelle, Vasse Felix Howard Park and Cullen Wines. Nature days can be spent walking sections of the world renowned Cape to Cape track; exploring ancient limestone caves; surfing at Surfer’s Point, Gas Bay, Huzzas, North Point and more; abseiling the cliffs of Wilyabrup; mountain-biking along purpose built trails like Middle Earth; watching the stingrays at Hamelin Bay and visiting other attractions such as Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse, Contos Beach, Boranup Forest. The quaint townships of Cowaramup, Witchcliffe and Augusta are nearby, or explore the northern end of the region towards Yallingup, Dunsborough, and Busselton.
