The property is a completely private free standing 4 bedroom quant weatherboard house, sitting on a picturesque 25 acre farm. The house is surrounded by an undercover balcony to sit and take in the views
to Mount Buffalo. It is situated on undulated land and is not visible from neighbouring houses. Despite its privacy, it is conveniently close to the main arterial road (Yackandandah Wondonga Rd) and is a short drive (under 3km) to the beautiful historic township of Yackandandah. It has undercover parking in the form of a carport. Pets are allowed under negotiation.
I live on a neighbouring property, where I mainly work on my garden or on my 500 tree olive grove.
Yackandandah is a beautiful historic gold mining town, with cafes and novelty shops, 2 hotels and a whiskey distillery, the surrounding yack hills have great bike trails and walks. The township of Yackandandah is in close proximity to other beautiful north east Victorian towns such as Beechworth, Stanley, Chilltern and the wine making region of Rutherglen.
