The apartment is located on Nizami and Targovu streets. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea boulevard and the old city. The large balcony of the apartment overlooks the sea and the city. There are 24-hour restaurants, markets, clothing stores and entertainment centers nearby. The apartment is very clean and located in a very quiet area. The entrance to the apartment is separate, there are no neighbors. The building has a high-speed elevator, 24-hour security service and cameras. There is a parking space on the street.
