Two identical apartments that have the possibility of connecting as needed (total area of ​​two apartments is 80 m2 with capacity for 8 adults). The apartment (40m2) consists of a living room with a dining room and kitchen, one separate bedroom, toilet with shower cabin and balcony facing south. In the bedroom there is a double bed (for 2 persons), and in the living room, there is a three-seater which can be folded into the bed for two more persons. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, water kettle, fridge (with freezer), toaster, and all other kitchen utensils. The apartment is equipped with all other necessities such as clean bedding, towels, toiletries, cleaning agents. Guests have free Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with over 200 national and international TV channels. The heating of the apartment is on electricity. There is also a ski storage facility and other winter and hiking equipment. Guests can use the barbecue facilities in the yard.

The apartment is located only 150 meters from one of the main ski tracks on Vlašić "Markovac", which leads to the center of Babanovac and just as many meters away from the famous healthy food restaurant "Šalak". Within 150 meters there are also FIS restaurant, adrenaline parks for children and adults, small ZOO, sports fields (tennis, basketball, mini football, volleyball, handball ...), children's park, shop, and indoor entertainment activities : billiards, table tennis, darts, indoor pool and fitness room.
