Stan se nalazi u ulici Filipa Višnjića 82, na IV spratu u zgradi sa liftom. Potpuno je opremljen novim namještajem. Obezbjeđen je parking u okviru zgrade. Sastoji se od prostranog dnevnog boravka, spavaće sobe, potpuno opremljene kuhinje, kupatila i terase. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan wi-fi, smart tv sa preko 500 kanala, klima, centralno grijanje (toplotne pumpe), veš mašina, fen, pegla, aparat za kafu, posuđe... sve što je potrebno za boravak jedan ili više dana.
Mirno i tiho naselje, apartman je udaljen 100 metara od šetališta kraj kanala
