The facility is newly built and is located in a very quiet location, just 15 minutes' drive from the center of Banja Luka. The facility is rented out to one guest in its entirety and is not shared with others. The facility has everything you need for a short or long stay, so you can feel like you are at home. The parking place is large, safe, secured. The area is especially beautiful and quiet, and you can enjoy in nature, walks, silence, and you can find yourself in the city center very quickly and easily. Objekat je novoizgrađen i nalazi se na veoma mirnoj lokaciji na samo 15 minuta vožnje od centra grada Banja Luka. Objekat se izdaje jednim gostima u cjelosti i ne dijeli se sa drugima. U objektu imate sve neohodno za kraći ili duži boravak, te se možete osjećati kao kod svoje kuće. Parking je veliki, bezbjedan, osiguran, mjesto je posebno lijepo i mirno, te možete uživati u prirodi, šetnji, tišini, a veoma brzo i lako se možete naći u centru grada.

A very quiet area, 15 minutes' drive from the city center, surrounded by nature, forest and green fields. In the immediate vicinity, in untouched nature, there is a well-known source of drinking water called "Banjalučka dolina", which is visited by a large number of tourists.
