Bath towels and kitchen linen can be optionally rented for a few euros at the reception.
We, Sabina and Ivo, went on our first holiday with our daughter in the park for the first time in 2018. The tranquility, the beauty of nature, and the fact that there was so much to do in the area, made us decide that we wanted to come back often!
Since May 2021 we are the proud owner of a Chalet, in one of the most beautiful spots in the park. It is the ideal base for an active holiday (mountain biking, racing bikes, canoeing, adventure park), a visit to idyllic villages such as Durbuy or a relaxing holiday in nature. The park is fully equipped. We are happy to share our Chalet with you and hope to welcome you often.
Outside the park you are in the middle of the Ardennes: The river Ourthe is within walking distance, where you can, for example, canoe or fish.
In winter you are only 25 km from the ski and cross-country ski runs at Trois Ponts, Baraque de Fraiture or Francorchamps. Usually there is also enough snow on the park itself and you can rent sleds for the children at the reception.
In December Durbuy turns into a fairy tale with thousands of lights, large Christmas trees, a covered ice rink and every weekend one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Belgium. It seems as if the decorations become more exuberant every year ...
Some survival parks are nearby and also for mountain biking or a nice walk, the bungalow park is the ideal starting point.
Durbuy, Marche and Famenne and the more distant Liège, Bastogne or Brussels are great destinations for a day trip.
Plopsa Coo, Houtopia, Chlorophyl or the nearby corn labyrinth in Barvaux are also recommended for families.
