This accomodation is located on the first floor (the floor above the ground floor) of a beautiful 19th century townhouse in the city centre of Ghent. It consists of two connecting bedrooms with an ensuite large private bathoom (shower and bathtub). The first bedroom has a large king size bed with linen, closets and the option the have an extra mattress for a 3rd person. The bedroom had blackout curtains and is at the back of the house. This room sleeps extra quiet. The second bedroom (with connecting doors to the first bedroom) offers three very comfy single beds with linen (90 x 200 cm), blackout curtains, closets, dining table and chairs (child seat upon request) fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. This room connects to a large bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. Towels, haidryer, shampoo and soap are provided. All rooms have high ceilings (+ 4 meter height). Two ventilators are available during hot season.
During the city festival 'Gentse Feesten' from 18th of July - 27th of July you can enjoy the festival, walk home and sleep in a quiet place (no noise from the festival).
We do not offer private parking. You can park you car in our street or surrouding streets. This is paid street parking (9am-11pm, 1,80 EUR/h). You can also park at the underground parking of shopping center Doknoord (around 10 EUR/24 hours). This parking is a 5 min walk from our house.
Weekly stays have an 18% discount. Long term stays (minimum a month) have a 30 % discount. Weekly cleaning (extra 70 eur cleaning fee/week) is mandatory for long term stays of min a month.

Paid street parking is available in our and surrounding streets (around 1,80 EUR/night). A cheaper option is the underground parking at Doknoord Shopping Center (around 10 EUR/24 hrs). This is a 5 min walk from our house.
