The castle-farm was repaired from 1996 until 2003. It dates from the 18th century. The vacation house with 7 bedrooms (gîte à la ferme de Baya - vacation house from Baya's farm) is in the farm itself (with access from the road). The vacation house with 8 bedroom (l'ancienne école - the old school) is 900m away, up the hill. It has a spectaluar view and is very spacious. It was a local school until early 2000. Parties, music and alcohol abuse are forbidden in the houses to avoid bothering the neighbours.

The place is great if you like walking and visiting old castles. Close by the house, there is the "sentier d'art en Condroz" (art path in Condroz), with scultpures exposed outside, along the path.
