Brand new fully renovated and luxury equipped Studio (35m²) centrally located at the heart of Knokke. Ideal place for maximum 2 persons, walking distance less than 5 min. to beach, luxury shopping (Zoute), restaurants, markets (Carrefour & Delhaize): 200 meters Lippenslaan, 100 meters Dumoortierlaan & 20 m meters Zoutelaan. Studio located on the 3rd floor of the building equipped with lift and shared storage room for bicycle , setting includes: entry hall, living room, fully equipped open kitchen (micro wave, oven, fridge, dish-wash, coffee machine Nespresso, kitchen accessories), high table with stools, king seize bed, separated bathroom with shower, hair dryer & WC. Equipped with central heating system, digital TV, dedicated internet high speed connection, WIFI, key box access to allow freedom in entry time. We do not provide home textile, so please don't forget to bring your own: - Towels - Bed sheets 180 cm for king size bed - bath mat - hand towel Thank you
