The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you would need (check our profile to see what's here in detail). There is a Senseo as well as a filter coffee machine available. Don't forget to bring coffee / pods and filters if you want to enjoy a coffee on the sunny terrace in the morning. There are 4 bedrooms in total: - The first bedroom has a double bed and is downstairs in the flat. - Room 2 and room 3 both have 2 single beds from which a single one can be pulled out below. So 3 people each can sleep in these bedrooms - Room 4 is equipped with 2 single beds, also with 1 below. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a large sitting area to definitely sit comfortably with 9 people or play one of the board games provided. Upstairs, you will find another lounge area with loungers and a 2nd TV. There is a (Smart) TV with international channels. As well as a Chromecast you can stream to. There is wifi and a Playstation with games. There is both a cot and a highchair. Important! You must bring your own linen for the cot. If you come by bike, there is a secured bike storage for +- 2 bikes. // To protect our accommodation and keep up-to-date with current regulations, you will be asked to complete a document around an exemption/deposit after booking. You will be given a choice between: 1) a partially refundable deposit 2) a non-refundable waiver. The latter option is recommended as it protects you in case of damage that would have been caused during your stay.
