Property information

Varna South Bay Complex is located on the sea front in the Southern part of Varna city – the sea capital of Bulgaria. The Complex is located only few steps from the sandy beach of Asparuhovo. On the beach there are few restaurants, offering nice dishes and beach atmosphere; one of the restaurants is offering a live music and often famous Bulgarian bands are playing there. The local park of Asparuhovo, where you can find many amusements for your kids, is located only 10 minutes away from the complex. Food shops are placed very close /about 2 minutes’ drive/on the quarter center as well as a small shopping mall, petrol station and car wash center. Asparuhovo area is very close to the Vrna city center, but at the same time is a very quiet area and this makes the location of Varna South Bay Complex unique – close to the city amusements and live but at the same time located on the quite beach shore. In the nights you can hear only the sea waves and the sea gulls songs. In the complex you will be able to use for free swimming pool with children part and free parking. The complex consists of apartments with one bedroom suitable for 2/4 people and apartments with two bedrooms for 4/6.
