The accommodation is located in ATEA complex, 400m from the beach and close to three golf fields. The apartment is air-conditioned and consists of a bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Guests are provided with TV and fast fibre optic internet access. The complex has an outdoor pool and free parking. There are restaurants serving delicious Black Sea food nearby.

Nearby is also the Botanical Garden and the architectural complex "The Palace" in the town of Balchik.
