The house has a 750 m2 area , high ceilings 3.5 м in each room and 7 m in the living room atrium . Facade and finishing inside is made from stone , wood and eco , non allergic paints . High level of furnishing . You have everything inside and outside to enjoy and relax - fitness , sauna , tennis table , small billiard table , tennis court , large swimming pool outside - working from June to end of September , BBQ area , kids playground . From everywhere you have a nice view over the sea .
