Great location at downtown 6 minutes walk from the gondola. The apartment has a good size bedroom, a living room with kitchen, a big sized bathroom and a private balcony. Kitchen is equipped for cooking. It is located on the second floor and it has an elevator. For a very reasonable fee, nearby (3 minutes wal) access to an extensive SPA with one indoor swimming pool with 29-32° water temperature with adjoining area with 2 large jacuzzis each with a capacity of 8 people, a thermal area with two saunas, a steam bath and a and a remarkable hammam. In summer it is possible to access the nearby swimming pool in the Regnum Resort for a very reasonable fee. Access to the gym is provided by nearby (three minutes walking) gym, for a price of less than 3 euro (exactly 2 Euro 51 cents) per entrance. There is also a monthly option available

Part of the Downtown Bansko residence, located 6 minutes walking from the gondola. Easy access to Regnum Hotel, two minutes walk, provide access for a very reasonable fee (at the moment 21 euro per day) to Sauna, Swimming pool, Massages and Spa facilities. Gym is located instead two minutes walking in the direction of the city, the entrance fee is 5 leva (about two euros)
