Payment is made at the reception in cash (Bulgarian leva) or with American Express, Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro cards. Late check-out is charged extra. It can be done only in the presence of available rooms and with the explicit consent of the hotel. This can be agreed the day before the check-out date. Check-out after 18:00 is charged as an overnight stay. In case of early check-out the amount for the nights remains the same as the originally agreed one. Upon departure, guests are required to inform the reception staff. It is not allowed unregistered persons to stay overnight at the hotel. The parking lot is only for hotel guests, and we would like to note that it is not guarded and the hotel is not responsible for damages to your car. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Ironing is prohibited in the hotel rooms. Due to security reasons, please do not leave children under the age of 18 unattended in the hotel rooms as well as the common areas of the hotel. Use of the children's playground is free for hotel guests. We offer entertainment and activities that are extra paid. The guests of the hotel are responsible for all damages caused to the furniture, equipment and inventory of the hotel, as well as for the established lack of part of it.
