A space where families with children and groups of friends can share time – cooking meals together, enjoying them under the open sky, playing games, talking, laughing, creating, and making memories that last. With love and passion, we cultivated our garden to be more than just a backdrop – it’s a living part of the experience. We grow fragrant herbs and spices, sweet strawberries and raspberries, and a wide variety of vegetables and fruit trees. From early spring to late autumn, the garden gives generously. Experience a different kind of getaway at Katerina Guest House – where comfort meets authenticity and nature becomes part of your stay. Katerina Guest House is located in the peaceful town of Kocherinovo, in the Kyustendil region, just a few kilometers from Blagoevgrad and nestled by the Rilska River. Unlike a traditional hotel, staying here offers a uniquely personal and private experience. Whether you’re a couple or a group of 8–10 people, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire 200 m² house, complete with a beautifully landscaped garden and spacious green yard. The house spreads over two floors and blends modern amenities with the charm of a cozy countryside home. It features four bedrooms – two doubles and two triples – each with a private bathroom. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 10, a spacious living room with a fireplace, soft furniture, and a 52-inch TV. One of the bedrooms, with two single beds, is also located on this floor. Upstairs, the remaining three bedrooms include: • Two rooms with a large bed and a cozy sofa chair • One room with two single beds Each room has its own balcony, offering serene views of the Rilska River. The entire house is equipped with free Wi-Fi and modern heating via a heat pump system. Outside, guests can enjoy a large private yard with a covered seating area, wooden tables and benches, a built-in barbecue and a traditional oven – all available year-round. In our organic garden, you are welcome to pick seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fruits – a special touch that adds real flavor to your meals. A ping-pong table and free private parking are also available. A grocery store is located nearby. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, the nearby Rila and Pirin Mountains offer activities such as rafting, trekking, horseback riding, fishing, cycling, skiing, and snowboard.  – If 3 guests book, they will be accommodated in one room with a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a fold-out sofa bed.

 – To reserve the entire property, a booking for 5 guests or more is required. The house accommodates up to 10 guests.

• Regardless of the number of nights, all guests use Katerina Guest House privately. No other guests will be accommodated during your stay. For example, if 2–3 guests book, they will have access to one bedroom and all common areas of the house.

• A security deposit of 400 BGN is required upon check-in (in cash). A receipt will be issued. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a property inspection and no damages.

• Guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen, utensils, and shared areas clean. If this requirement is not met, a cleaning fee of 50–100 BGN may be deducted from the deposit, depending on the level of cleaning needed.

• Guests must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

• All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Please inform Katerina Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time.
