We are in love with Bulgaria's climate, inhabitants, tradition and culture. We live and work in Bulgaria since 2004. We run a company in Bulgaria and Poland and our employees, associates are an international team. We already rent around 300 apartments. Our guests are looked after round the clock by a specialized team that speaks over five languages. We help in all matters, from repairing small defects, help in choosing trips, by visiting a doctor. Every year we serve over 11,000 satisfied customers.

Property information

The Grand Kamelia complex is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Sunny Beach. The apartment building provides everything you need for a summer vacation. There are many restaurants in the area, as well as an Aquapark and grocery stores. The sea is only 600 meters - about 6 minutes walk. There is a swimming pool for adults and children, as well as a water bar, restaurant, playground and tennis court. A large "Mladost" supermarket is located nearby. There is also a gym on site, and a new fitness center can be used for an additional fee.

Neighbourhood information

Sunny Beach is the largest and by far the most popular Bulgarian resort on the Black Sea located on a picturesque bay, sheltered from the north by the longest mountain range in Bulgaria Stara Planina. The sandy coast of the resort stretches for a distance of 8 km and is 30 to 60 m wide. The beach is covered with delicate, golden sand. In the evening, Sunny Beach resort provides an exceptionally rich entertainment offer. Everyone can also find a convenient opportunity to enjoy various water sports in the resort. In the immediate vicinity of Sunny Beach is Nessebar - a charming, historic town, significantly different from the tourist resorts of Bulgaria. The old town of Nessebar has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List.
