The apartment is located in the very center and on a small and quiet pedestrian street . The apartment is new , with all kind of facilities and is located in clean and secured with a camera building . Please , respect my neighbors and be quiet after 10.30. pm .

Top Center with plenty of good places to eat , drink , do some shopping or just strolling around . Just around the corner is the main square - Troikata . You can find there shopping center , excellent restaurants , pubs and cafes. Also around the corner is the main pedestrian street Alexandrovska with a lot of restaurants , shops and 2 supermarkets - BILLA and BOLERO . 5 min. walk is the second major pedestrian street Bogoridi , which leads to Sea Garden and Central Beach . 2 min walk is the Kiril and Metodi square with the main church . There is also an underground paid parking. Parking on the streets around costs 1 lv per hour . The apartment is 10 min. walk to the Central Train Station and the main bus terminal - SOUTH . 30 min walk to the new and modern Sea Station . You can reach the sea and the beach for about 20 min walk .
