Effect Grand Victoria Hotel is located at the seashore in Sunny Beach and is ultra all inclusive. The hotel features two a-la-carte restaurants and a 24-hour lobby bar, offering a delightful dining experience. A-la-carte dinners can be reserved for guests with a minimum stay of 5 nights. Please note that advance reservations are required and must be made directly at the hotel. A-la-carte dining is subject to availability and while supplies last.
