Children need to present their birth certificate. They must be accompanied by an adult and that adult must present their passport and have a notarised power of attorney from one of the parents.

Meals may be taken at another hotel in the chain, without prior notice, due to causes beyond our control.

The cleaning of the units is not being carried out during the stay due to Covid.

Due to Covid, gyms, playrooms and games room are working, but it is necessary to check with the reception the needs to schedule for use (consult reception).

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
