Lugar calmo e tranquilo para quem busca sossego e paz. Casa muito bem ventilada e arejada. Vista da reserva florestal da Serra da Tiririca onde nasce o sol e o por do sol que fica na direção do Cristo Redentor.
É um mini condomínio familiar e a casa fica no terceiro andar, são dois lances de escada.
