This apartment is very well located. In the heart of Ponta Verde, close to a multitude of local shops and tourist attractions. All close, within a short walking distance. Oh, and the beach?! It is 4 minutes away for a pleasant walk. At low tide you will still see the Path of Moses open up for you to pass on dry feet by the sea. A spacious rest corner (200m2), cozy, with spacious environments, decorated and designed for the convenience and comfort of our guests. It has a covered parking space, swimming pool, barbecue facilities, meeting room. Balconies overlooking the square and the sea. Ideal for 8 people. Air conditioning in all environments, fans available. Complete trousseau: towels, sheets. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV with streaming. Kitchen and laundry fully equipped with various appliances, washing machine and dryer. Toilet and maid's bathroom. 24-hour electronic concierge.
Almost 20 years ago, an Alagoan guy in southern soils made my heart beat hard. We started writing our story together. Upon returning to his homeland, he no longer came alone, he brought with him a dreamy girl who designed Ponta Verde as her favorite place to raise their family. And so God willed: today we are no longer two, but four! I live on the other side of the square, I go to these surroundings with my family: the beach, the square, markets, restaurants, bakeries... the closed street on Sundays, where we can hear the band playig. That barbecue (as fragrant as it is tasty) with live music from the food trucks in the late afternoon. Oh! How I like this atmosphere. I hope you like it as much as I do. Ponta Verde is the most beautiful, safe and highly valued neighborhood in Maceió. Beautiful waterfront, beautiful beach, active commerce, easy access to transport and everything you need: 300m from the beach, in front of Praça do Skate - where you will find several regional gastronomic options in friendly food trucks, children's playground, sports courts and live music on weekends. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, gas stations, beauty salons, barbershops, various stores - so, everything in the plural! - which can be easily accessed on foot, in a pleasant walk. The highlight is the boulevard on the ground floor of the building, where there are several restaurants and shops, in addition to the square in front of the building.
