The Property is managed by Brazilian Corner, a national company that offers its customers, who travel for leisure or business, the experience of renting unique properties during a season. The residences are designed to provide great comfort. Our office is located in the Vila Madalena neighborhood in São Paulo. Since 2018, Brazilian Corner has been a pioneer in its field, because in addition to providing well-structured properties, it is also responsible for all the logistics and basic supplies that make up each of its residences, which makes them extremely functional. Our great differential is the good communication and seriousness with which we act to solve any obstacle that may happen before, during, and/or after the stay of our clients. Our employees are trained and have the necessary tools to provide an excellent level of service. The apartments and houses are cleaned by our specialized teams, our bed and bath linen is washed and sanitized in professional laundries. We maintain professionalism in everything we do to ensure the peace of mind and trust of our customers.

It is a modern and stylish apartment located in Vila Mariana, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, with great bars and restaurants near Avenida Paulista. The space features amenities such as a 43-inch SmartTV, a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a workspace, ultra-fast internet, and blackout curtains. Nearby, you will find a great bakery, pharmacy, and even a nearby police station. • IMPORTANT RULES: • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • All tenants must provide our team with a photo of an official government-issued identification document with a picture prior to check-in, as well as a selfie for pre-registration in the condominium. The original documents must be presented at check-in. The selfie must be a clear photo, non-blurry, with the face visible, well-lit, and without any accessories such as glasses or hats. • Visits are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors. • Parties or events are not allowed on the property. • Pets are only allowed with payment of a Pet Fee of thirty-five reais per day per pet. • A security deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested when making the reservation. • PLEASE REFER TO ADDITIONAL RENTAL RULES IN THE TEXT BELOW.

ADDITIONAL RULES: According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification. • The checkout time must be strictly adhered to. A fine equal to half a daily rate will be charged for delays up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates for delays beyond 1 hour. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine of 3 daily rates will be charged if this rule is violated. • All infractions are subject to fines and termination of the lease without any refund of payments made. • Any fine imposed by the condominium on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay. • All documentation must be submitted no later than 10:45 PM on the day of check-in. If not submitted by this time, tenant entry will only be allowed the next day after 8:00 AM, and no refund will be provided. • Extensions of the reservation must be made by 9:30 PM the day before the check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again. • A deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested when making the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after the property's departure. • Photos of food, drinks, and plants are for illustrative purposes only. • Pets are only allowed with payment of a Pet Fee of thirty-five reais per day per pet.
