管理会社の情報
Maravilha was founded with a clear purpose: to revitalize and enhance urban property, promoting its use in the way the Constitution recommends — with social, economic, and cultural function.
In just over one year of operation, Maravilha has successfully completed more than 2,000 stays, welcoming guests from Brazil and around the world — whether for tourism, business, or academic purposes. This result reflects the success of a project that is not just about accommodation, but also about intelligent urban occupation, conscious use of the city, and direct contribution to urban revitalization.
Our concept is a modern, efficient, and accessible structure, fully integrated into the urban dynamics of downtown Rio.
Our mission is to provide a safe, comfortable, and uncomplicated stay, within a space that truly fulfills its social function, fostering life, activity, and economic development in the region.

周辺エリアの情報
We are located in one of the safest areas in downtown Rio de Janeiro. Surrounding us are the Brazilian Navy, Federal Police, Federal Regional Court, São Bento School and Church, universities, professional training centers, and several federal, state, and municipal government agencies. This environment provides a higher level of security for our guests compared to other areas of the city.
Additionally, we are just steps away from some of Rio de Janeiro’s main tourist and cultural attractions, such as the Museum of Tomorrow, the VLT (light rail), Santos Dumont Airport, the Olympic Boulevard, the “Pequena África” (Little Africa) area, and the AquaRio. You will also find a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and cultural venues that are lively and vibrant, especially during business hours.
And there’s more: the Cruise Terminal at the Port of Rio de Janeiro is literally at our doorstep. If you are arriving or departing on a cruise ship, you will be staying in the most convenient location possible, just a few meters from the embarkation and disembarkation area.
