Property information

Residencial Náutico offers an excellent structure with a gym, elevator, parking, 24-hour reception, views of the beach and ample leisure space with plenty of comfort for your best season at the beach. The 70 m² apartment at Residencial Náutico accommodates up to six (6) guests and has an excellent structure with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and other amenities to add to your stay. Enjoy Meireles Beach in a practical, comfortable and very cozy apartment. All this, with easy access to the main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants. 72 hours before check-in, guests must inform us of their arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF). After that, access instructions will be sent, with passwords for the doors and for the parking space (when a space is available).

Meireles Beach, located in Fortaleza, is one of the city's busiest and best-known beaches. It stretches along Avenida Beira Mar and is surrounded by a robust infrastructure that attracts tourists and locals alike. The beach is known for its warm, calm waters, perfect for diving, and the long stretch of golden sand is ideal for walking, running and outdoor activities. The landscape is complemented by coconut trees and a well-structured promenade. Near Meireles Beach, there are important tourist attractions such as the Fortaleza Central Market, the Dragão do Mar Art and Culture Center, and Praia do Futuro, famous for its large beach huts and specific infrastructure.
