- Guests of Prive Thermas Hotel have access to the 03 water parks in the network: Water Park, Clube Prive and Náutico Praia Clube (except on days that are closed for maintenance: Náutico Praia Clube: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed Mondays and Wednesdays for maintenance // Clube Privé: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed from Monday to Wednesday for maintenance // Water Park: from 10 am to 5 pm, closed on Thursdays for maintenance).
- Parking is rotating and subject to availability upon check-in.
- In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and must present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.
- Pursuant to Articles 82 and 83 of the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), the accommodation of minors without supporting documents is prohibited, and only RG and Birth Certificates are valid, together with the parents' travel authorization registered in notary office, in case the minor travels with another major responsible.
