Flat located in Edf. Rooftop 470, in Boa Viagem, an upscale neighborhood in Recife. The apartment is on the second floor of the building. The Flat is well equipped, with fridge, stove, microwave, double bed, air conditioning, hot shower, television, internet etc. Located 600 meters from Boa Viagem beach, in front of Colégio Santa Maria, with several restaurants, markets, pharmacies, bakeries nearby. Close to Shopping RioMar (5km -Via Mangue) and Shopping Recife (1.6km). It also has a common area structure, with a thermal pool, gourmet space, meeting space (with internet available), bike rack, free ROTATING parking, barbecue and a wonderful view of the city.
The apartment has been decorated to make our customers feel at home. Fully equipped with kitchenette, living room, dining table and a wonderful view of Boa Viagem beach. It is worth remembering that we have an Incredible Thermal Pool on the roof. My satisfaction is to exceed the expectation of my client's stay. Therefore, I am always available for any clarification that may be necessary.
The Flat is located near Praia de Boa Viagem, with many restaurants nearby, also close to the airport and the main shopping malls in the city. In a few minutes by car or by bicycle (the entire Boa Viagem avenue has a bicycle lane and on Sundays/holidays the bicycle lane is provided by the city government), it is possible to reach Marco Zero, better known as the center of Recife. There it is possible to find a greater movement on weekends, with handicraft fairs, restaurants, Paço do Frevo museum, ice cream parlors, etc. From the Flat it is also possible to go to Parque Dona Lindu, Pracinha de Boa Viagem (at night there are pastries, handicraft fair, masses, tapioca etc) and it is also close to the access to Praia do Paiva.
