Close to Shopping RioMar (5km -Via Mangue) and Shopping Recife (1.6km). The Flat is located near Praia de Boa Viagem, with many restaurants nearby, also close to the airport and the main shopping malls in the city. In a few minutes by car or by bicycle (the entire Boa Viagem avenue has a bicycle lane and on Sundays/holidays the bicycle lane is provided by the city government), it is possible to reach Marco Zero, better known as the center of Recife. There it is possible to find a greater movement on weekends, with handicraft fairs, restaurants, Paço do Frevo museum, ice cream parlors, etc. From the Flat it is also possible to go to Parque Dona Lindu, Pracinha de Boa Viagem (at night there are pastries, handicraft fair, masses, tapioca etc) and it is also close to the access to Praia do Paiva.
