Practical studio in a privileged location in front of Balneário Shopping and Bus Station. Easy access to local commerce, with options for markets, restaurants and services in the surrounding area. LOCATION: The condominium is 1 km from Uniavan College, 1.6 km from Avenida Brasil and 1.8 km from Avenida Atlântica and Praia. The studio has integrated environments in a single room: - Living room/bedroom with air conditioning; - 29-inch Smart TV and 300 mega Wi-Fi, for exclusive use by guests; - Kitchen equipped with induction stove (2 burners), refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and sandwich maker; - Comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests in a comfortable double bed; - A complete bathroom with hot shower and hairdryer; - We also provide an iron for ironing clothes. The condominium does not have a parking space but has private parking options very close by, 50 meters away. Read Carefully: (1) Rental Hosts require a mandatory registration form to be completed outside of Booking for all guests after the reservation has been completed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10pm until 8am; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs is prohibited within the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not accommodate pets. Failure to comply with the house rules is reason to end your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleaning and condominium fines caused by breaking these rules.
