The rental has AC, free WiFi, TV and cable, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen equipped with steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops for easy meal preparation. In addition, you have a great balcony with views and a dock and beach to enjoy shared only with the other vacation rentals in the condo. Venture outside your vacation retreat and you'll be on the sands of Secret Beach after driving five miles, while San Pedro is only six miles away. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Beach towels and eight beach chairs are provided for guest use.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
