This home has ocean views from the master bedroom veranda, and is waterfront on a marsh, though you'll want to walk across the street to get to the gorgeous reef beaches the area is known for. Conveniently situated in the Ambergris Lake Villas in San Pedro, this multi-level home is just a short walk from the seashore at the southern tip of Ambergris Caye. You'll be within easy walking distance of picturesque beaches, fishing charters, and world-class snorkeling and diving. Step inside to admire a living space full of natural beams, cheerful colors, and central air conditioning to help you beat the tropical heat. Come home from a day of fishing, swimming, and sunbathing to watch one of the three flatscreen TVs, take a nap on the sectional sofa, or use the WiFi to post a few photos. Prepare breakfast each morning in the open kitchen, where you'll find stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating for three, and a dining area with space for six. But you'll rarely want to eat indoors with a thatched-roof patio, a charcoal grill, and plentiful seating awaiting outside. Spend your days admiring views of the wetlands from the wrap-around deck, sunbathing in a lounge chair on the patio, or taking a dip in the private pool. You can also walk to the beach for an afternoon of snorkeling - and return home to find a private washer/dryer for your clothes. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home will sleep a maximum of seven people. You'll find a king bed and a sitting area with a TV in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a triple-decker twin bunk bed in the third bedroom (which might be best suited for children). The two bathrooms are beautifully painted and feature stall showers.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
