The upstairs consists of an open concept kitchen and living room areas that lead out to a beautiful screened veranda with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. There is a bar and seating for you to enjoy a night of fun.(We can hire a private chef or bar tender to come in and prepare an amazing night of fun for you) The upper unit includes 2 queen bedrooms and 2 en-suite-bathrooms, the second bedroom has an adjacent home office for those that want to work and play. The downstairs offers complete privacy from the upstairs. The kitchen and living room areas also open to each other and give access to the wood deck facing the sea. Includes 1 bedroom and 2 en-suite-bathrooms and a home office which turns into a bedroom with a pull out couch. Two extra twin beds and queen size blow up bed for extra sleeping space. South Ambergris Caye is one of the safest neighborhood on the island since it is the home of the South Ambergris Caye Neighborhood watch. It is quiet and peaceful and just a short 20 minute golf cart ride away from town. The south is home to very diverse restaurants such as, Toast, Someplace South Cafe-bar, Black Orchid Restaurant, Happy's Tequileria and Playa De Sala.
