Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Summer (17 April - 30 November) and Winter (3 January - 16 April) seasons will fall under a 14 day cancellation policy. Reservations may be cancelled 14 days before arrival without penalty. If the reservation is cancelled inside 14 days before arrival full payment is non-refundable. A cancellation number will be issued at time of notification. No shows and early departures apply.
Guests booking 6 or more rooms over the Holiday (24 December - 2 January) season will fall under a 30 day cancellation policy.
