Dieter was born in Germany and grew up on a farm just outside of Toronto where he enjoyed a legal career until moving to Victoria in 1997. Dieter is one of the founding partners of north Studio and Q College and today sits on a number of tech advisory boards. My passion for boating is embraced as captain of our very own Marine EcoTours
Richard Branson's outlook on business and life are a huge inspiration to me. Paphada was born in Thailand. Having graduated from Bangkok University as an accountant she changed careers to the tourism sector working her way from front office manager to Business Development & Marketing Manager for a major hotel brand in Thailand. We met each other while Dieter stayed as a guest at the hotel. I value family and good friends. We both enjoy mentoring and helping others. We also both enjoy traveling. From April through October we are in Victoria operating our B&B. We love taking guests out on road and marine tours. During the winter our assistant InnKeeper Debbie operates our Victoria location while we live and "work" at Birds of a Feather Thailand B&B offering escorted "friends and family" style vacations including road tours throughout Thailand
