Brand new built small guest home (laneway) by a busy main road. This cozy private house is two-level home is approximately 960 sq. ft. With a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. There is free parking in front of the house and also the back laneway. This is a guest home in a beautiful neighbourhood by the main road, you may sometimes hear sounds of trucks and cars, children playing, with the windows open. Although, our home is not 100% perfect and quiet all of the time, my goal is for every guest to have a happy and comfortable experience.

Before anything else, welcome to our home! I started using home rental platforms because I wanted to save money on hotel accommodations while travelling with my family. I got to stay in some wonderful homes at a fraction of the cost of a hotel along the way. I just finished building a beautiful brand new guest (laneway) home so I would like to share the positive experiences with you. I look forward to hosting and showcasing the beauty and cultures that makes Vancouver a great place to visit!

Our house is your home, (our family lives in the main house). We do ask that you please do not wear any shoes inside the house, and slippers that are provided are for indoors only. Please do not smoke inside the house. And since our neighbor is very strict about noise and crowd, we have to out on the "no party or event” rule so we really appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this Welcome to the Renfew-Collingwood area. Rupert station is 10-15 minutes walking distance and bus stops are steps away! Free street parking and back laneway (on the grass) parking is available for those travelling with cars. Superstore, Walmart and Save-on-foods grocery stores are 5 minutes drive and 15 minutes walk.
