This beautiful condo is located conveniently close to the mountain, shopping, and so much more. Step inside and discover a comfortable living area with a wood-burning fireplace plus a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities, while outside you'll find a gas grill, a small, furnished patio with a view of the hill, and a nearby picnic table for summertime cookouts.
This condo is located in Cachet Crossing, which is just steps from all the amenities that the Blue Mountain Village has to offer. While skiing is the biggest draw in the winter months, warm weather offers even more options for outdoor fun, with hiking and biking trails, the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, the Plunge! Aquatic Center, and of course the beaches and parks alongside Georgian Bay, all within a couple miles of this rental.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is ongoing restoration construction happening in Cache Crossing. You may see unfinished drywall at the entrance of the unit as well as structural shoring posts and visible rust on the outside walkways. This project is to be completed by the end of 2024. The building and walkways are safe for use although they may look unsightly during the restoration period.
This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort.
This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC.
