The COLOURS BY BATTISTELLA is a privately-owned residential condo building with no specific services or amenities for rental guests. All confirmed bookings indicate guest agreement to adhere to the property's residential bylaws and community standards. KEY PICK-UP: • Please note that keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM. • We offer on-site, underground parking for one vehicle at CAD20 per night. No outside visitors or social gatherings allowed. • No hanging of items (e.g., laundry, banners) from windows or balconies. • Do not dispose of cigarette butts or items from balconies – fines may be applied. • Thermostat must not be set below 15°C and should never be turned off. • Balcony doors must remain closed in extreme cold weather.
