Stunning view overlooking the Thames River on paved nature trail. 1600sqft private guest space plus deck and patio. Quiet. Very Clean. Open Concept. Large bedroom with double sided fireplace with large ensuite . MINIMUM 2 VAX STATUS.PROOF IS REQUIRED EITHER BEFORE OR UPON ARRIVAL. I AM FULLY VACCINATED AND BOOSTED. Different pricing policies for photoshoots, special events. Quiet. Very Clean. Casual-Contemporary. Private. Views of river and nature. Large bedroom with ensuite. Hot Tub. Queen memory bed, home theatre, dining room, fully supplied kitchen with new appliances, coffee nook, smart home, highspeed wireless, patio with fireplace and BBQ, deck. Bedroom streaming TV. Artwork features Group of Seven (Ontario), Europe and Italy. I am available to help as needed i.e. technology. I may also perform outdoor maintenance using the shared front entrance. I am a single professional who takes pride in my property and the guest experience. I will greet at arrival, provide the entry code and give you a short tour/orientation. The property is located along the Thames River in an exclusive neighborhood of well maintained properties and is very quiet. I have a paved trail behind my home and within 2 minutes walk and perfect for biking, roller blading etc.
