The rooms locate on the MAIN 2nd floor of a nice and quiet 2-stories house surrounded by flowers and tress. This is a private residential house, not a hotel. There might be a noise from other rooms and the cat living with us in the same house. The rooms have a big window viewing to a quiet & green street or garden and are equipped with Queen-size bed & a nightstand, a closet, a dresser, a desk and chair with welcoming bottles of water. SELF CHECK-IN with Smart lock at MAIN entrance door. The PASSCODE will be sent before your arrival thru BOOKING platform email. It's close to highway and about 15 minute from airport and/or 30 minute to downtown of Toronto, 6 minute to Square One shopping center and 15 minute to UTM. Bus stop is 2 minute away, and Plaza, shopping malls, foods, banks, restaurants, coffee...are 10 - 15 minute walk. Additional house RULES: - NO VISITOR - NO SHOES in the house, use sleepers instead - Quiet hours: 11PM-8AM - Paid Laundry for long-stay guests at weekend (10AM-11PM) or weekdays (7PM-11PM) one time per week.
