Fantastic view from the 30+ floor in downtown Vancouver BC. This secured home features 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with private balcony, facing south-west-east, has plenty of natural light with unique view of False Creek to Downtown. Convenience is Top level. The building is steps from International Village Mall, T&T Supermarket, Costco, Rexall Drugstore and Starbucks. The Stadium Skytrain station is a few minute away. You don't need a car but 1 free secured parking stall is included. With 2 full bedrooms, a twin sleeping bed in an oversized den, and a full size sofa bed in living room, you'll have 4 separate beds to fit the whole group. You have two full bathrooms, one with a shower stall and one with a tub. Amenities include a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi tub, huge sauna, gym, library, kids playroom, building courtyard, gated underground parking and 24 hour security. Your private patio has amazing views of the mountains, city and water. An in-suite washer/dryer, as well as a dishwasher, make clean-up easy, and our Keurig coffee machine (pods included), makes sure every day is started with a proper cup. Netflix is provided The entire condo is yours to enjoy privately.
