Bright rooms filled with natural sunlight. It is the perfect place to start your day, with blackout curtains you can close at night to block out the light for comfortable sleep. You will also have access to the backyard, where you can enjoy summer views or watch the beautiful sight of falling snow during the winter.

This listing is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood near major destinations in Waterloo. It is close to the University of Waterloo (15 to 18 minute walk), Wilfrid Laurier University (4 minute drive or 20 to 25 minute walk), and Conestoga College (10 minute drive or 25 minute bus ride).
