Warm and comfy basement apartment with all new furniture conveniently located close to the following amenities (minutes is driving time): • 8 minutes from Canada's Wonderland (Amusement Park) • 5 minutes from Maple GO Station • 5 minutes from Highway 400, 7 minutes from Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, 10 minutes from Highway 407 and 15 minutes from Highway 401 • 10 minutes from Vaughan Mills (Premier Outlet Mall) • 12 minutes from TTC Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station • 23 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport.Brand new private modern luxury basement apartment with a separate entrance, free parking in the driveway and all new furniture in the north end of Vaughan. Close to Canada’s Wonderland, Vaughan Mills, Maple GO Station & Major Highways (400 & 407). You have the entire place with all necessities. No smoking, vaping or pets. Not safe or suitable for children (0-5 years). The homeowner lives upstairs. The only interaction between the homeowner and the guest that may occur is if everyone is in the driveway at the same time. Kitchen - The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you need. Convection stove, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, Toaster, pots and pans. Lots of cupboard space. All the plates, cups, and glasses you need. Living Room - Hisense 50" 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV with fast direct Internet connection (Wi-Fi available too) has Netflix for you to enjoy your favourite movies or shows. 3 seater sofa bed (pull-out bed).
