Whether you are looking for a beautiful, family-sized loft style apartment or a cozy studio just steps away from the ocean, we have what you are looking for! Enjoy the stunning and beautiful ocean and mountain views from your balcony or patio. All units feature a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi and assigned parking are provided as well. A small beach by the property can be used to launch kayaks and canoes.

Island Village Properties is a locally owned family business that has been here for over 20 years. We are dedicated to 5-star cleanliness and providing a comfortable stay for every guest. Tofino Motel Harborview is also part of the family business and provides an easy check-in for the Fred Tibbs condos on 542 Campbell Street. Please stop at the motel first to get your keys between 4 PM and 7 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM.

These privately owned waterfront condos in the Fred Tibbs Building have amazing views in the beautiful ocean inlet of Clayoquot Sound. We offer five condos for rent, two on the third floor with easy access from the upper parking lot, two on the second floor and one on the ground floor. These are very conveniently located within walking distance to downtown with all the restaurants, bars, galleries, shops and ocean excursions.
